Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine
Christen A. Zuschke, M.D., F.A.C.E.P. received his degree in medicine from the University of Southern California in 1985. He then completed residency training and became board certified in Internal Medicine in 1989. Subsequent to this he became eligible and board certified in Geriatrics, Forensics, and Emergency Medicine.
In 1990, Dr. Z moved to Mobile, Alabama, where he held a dual appointment as Assistant Professor at the University of South Alabama in the departments of Medicine and Emergency Medicine. In 2012, he joined the “Regenerative Medicine Center of Alabama,” a practice devoted exclusively to regenerative, functional, and anti-aging medicine.
As a part of this practice, he sought additional training and certification through The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) for Board Certification and fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
His passions continue to include his family, both allopathic and regenerative medicine, fitness, the Gulf coast, boating, and travel.
Dr. Z has worked in numerous settings, including private practice, Government (VA Medical Center), university/academic medicine, small rural hospitals, and large urban emergency departments, and private practice. This broad spectrum of experience has developed the ideal background for a concierge type practice.
